Description

The local's favorite beach with golden sand and stone, without any human facilities to ruin its natural beauty. Exceptional waters for swimming, a few rocks and some sun shades provided by the Municipality of Limnos to unwind. Ideal for those excited with the seabed; vivid alternations of sand, rocks and seaweed create some extraordinary underwater images. A reef nearby, the islet Karkala, for the keen swimmers, and Ai-Stratis in the horizon come together making the beach of Stvi unique in beauty. The beach is a small cove, and a small dirt road leads you there.

Description

It's not for the majority of visitors. It is for those who are more interested to swimming and fishing rather than the beach. Rocky for its most part, with a small part covered in sand. After your jumps in the water, you may walk 800 meters to admire the volcanic rocks of Faraklou, the impressive natural sculptures, which the local residents call “fragokefala”. A dirt road starting from the community of Propouli leads to Tryges. Do not forget to gear up with all the necessary supplies – it will be just you in nature!
