Description

The brownish red sandy beach reminds its volcanic origin. The deep blue of the sea is blended gently with dozens shades of red transforming the beach into a majestic chromatic kaleidoscope. The relatively big cove, beloved beach of the local residents, got its name from the natural well found in the middle of the beach. A little further up, it is worth visiting the volcanic rocks of Faraklou, the marvelous natural sculptures, which the locals call “fragokefala”. A dirt road starting from the community of Propouli leads to Pigadeli of Panagia. Do not forget to gear up with all the necessary supplies – it will be just you in nature!
